1. Processing Time

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations

• We currently offer shipping only within Pakistan.

3. Shipping Charges

• A flat rate of PKR 250 will be charged for all orders within Pakistan.

4. Delivery Time

• Delivery time is typically 2-5 business days after order processing.

5. Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you.
• You can track your order through our courier partner’s website or by contacting our customer service.

6. Modifications & Cancellations

• Changes or cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

7. Lost/Damaged Items
